The “queen” on a chessboard can move in every direction, and that’s the point: so many women spend their lives thinking through A to Z while still holding everyone else together. We share a raw declaration of womanhood that’s equal parts strength and vulnerability, from claiming identity out loud to admitting how heavy the daily load can be when you’re constantly needed.

Motherhood sits at the center of the story, not as a highlight reel but as real life: working multiple jobs, then coming home to clock in again. We talk about the second shift and the emotional labor that follows, being the counselor, the teacher, the mediator, the friend, and sometimes the “enemy,” while still trying to be the healer who offers comfort and dries every tear. If you’ve ever felt like it never stops, you’ll hear your reality reflected back with respect.

Faith and resilience guide the arc, especially when we speak on working in a male-dominated industry and the sting of feeling unseen. The message is clear and grounded in Christian encouragement: God’s will outweighs skill, purpose can’t be taken, and grace is not weakness. We close by rejecting society’s image-based standards and choosing a deeper identity, the kind of self-worth that thrives because it’s rooted in God rather than worldly validation. If this resonates, follow the show, share this with a woman who needs it, and leave a review so more listeners can find this message.

Claiming Identity And Power

As a woman, I'm always thinking of playing A through Z. It's just like the game of chess. The queen can move in all directions because it's what we do best. I'm that piece. I'm that woman. It's the woman in me. And I am she.

The Nonstop Work Of Motherhood

One of the greatest gifts of all was becoming a mother, but it isn't easy. Working multiple jobs just to come home and clock in again. It never stops. Being the counselor, the teacher, the maid, the mediator, the friend, even sometimes the enemy, but most importantly the healer. Giving all the love and comfort, being there to dry every tear. Having God there with me, I couldn't do all these things on my own. The blessings that I am for my children are all the blessings that he is for

me. The battles I face, working in a predominantly male industry, sometimes feeling unseen, but still I rise because his will outweighs any skill, no matter what the enemy may try to block. What he has for me, no man can take it away. His truth was stamped as I witnessed enemies becoming my footstool. Even when I feel like I'm failing, I know I'm not. I just take one look at my children and say, I know I did a good

job. The emotional endurance, the self-reliance, all the resilience that it takes, I must give myself grace under this pressure. I sought the Lord. He answered me. He understood me. He tested me. He comforted me. He delivered me. He saved me. I am the woman that I am because of him. I may not have the perfect body or the image of what society sees, but all that matters is that I'm thriving to become an image of God and what he sees. All these worldly wants and desires, they don't fulfill me. I have a deep thirst that only God Himself can fill. You gave me you, and now I'm giving you all of me. I am that woman. It's the woman in me, and I am she.
