It's All About Healing
We share how faith steadied the chaos and why healing is less about being fixed and more about being found. You’ll hear the heart behind our mission, the growing global community, and how poetry, coaching, and candid conversations turn silent tears into words that help others breathe again.
We open up about spiritual detours that promised comfort but delivered confusion, from tarot and crystals to the myth that strength means carrying it alone. What changed everything was staying in God’s Word and staying honest with God—letting Him meet us in the mess, make crooked paths straight, and grow wisdom over time. That shift from double-mindedness to steady trust didn’t happen overnight. It unfolded through prayer, scripture, fellowship, and the brave act of telling the truth about what still hurts.
If you’re navigating grief, toxic relationships, financial pressure, or the slow work of rebuilding after setback piled on setback, this podcast is for you. We talk practical resilience, spiritual maturity, and why your testimony matters more than you think. Our community now spans 118 countries, proof that real stories travel and that healing accelerates when we carry one another. Share your journey, lend your voice, and let grace turn pain into purpose.

It's All About Healing
Good morning, Tuesday!
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Tuesday can feel like the longest runway of the week, especially when you’re staring down a countdown to vacation. We kick off with a simple morning check-in, then land on a mindset idea that changes everything: we get to tell the day what kind of day it’s going to be, instead of letting the day tell us.
We talk about that restless “this week is taking forever” feeling and why it shows up when something good is ahead. The point isn’t to ignore the anxiety or force fake positivity. It’s to slow down, stop rushing your life, and come back to what you can actually control right now: your attitude, your pace, and the choices you make in the next hour. If you’re looking for morning motivation, a quick mental reset, or a practical way to build patience, this short episode is designed to meet you where you are.
We also share a small but powerful daily habit that supports better mental health: take a moment to smile and be thankful for living. Gratitude doesn’t erase stress, but it can soften it, give you perspective, and help you move through the day with steadiness. By the end, you’ll have a clear takeaway you can repeat anytime you feel rushed, behind, or worn down.
If this helped you, subscribe so you don’t miss the next one, share it with someone who needs a reset today, and leave a quick rating or review. What kind of day are you choosing?
Morning Greeting And Week Check-In
SPEAKER_01Good morning! It is Tuesday. I hope everyone is having a great week so far. I know it's only Tuesday and we have the full week ahead of us. But at least it's gonna be a great day because it's us who tells the day what type of day it's gonna be. I don't know about you guys, but I'm going on vacation at the end of this week. So I'm getting a little anxious because it seems like this week is taking a while. But all we can do is smile and enjoy. We can't rush our lives. So no matter what you do today, make sure you take time out to just smile and be thankful for living. And always don't forget to tell the day what type of day it's gonna be. And always remember to stay blessed.
