It's All About Healing
What if the rules that shape your inner life could also rewire your outer world? We sit down with Robin Black—spoken word artist, philosopher, and coach—whose work brings spiritual law out of abstraction and into day-to-day decisions. Her approach is clear and actionable: understand the principles, test them in real life, and let results guide your next step.
Robin shares how surviving narcissistic abuse became the training ground for her method. She breaks down manipulation patterns, trauma bonds, and the subtle choices that keep people stuck, then maps a path out using boundaries, evidence-based trust, and consistent practice. For anyone facing betrayal and broken trust, she pairs faith with strategy—prayer with planning, forgiveness with standards, compassion with consequence—so healing becomes measurable and sustainable. The conversation stays grounded in specifics: spotting red flags without paranoia, setting limits without guilt, and rebuilding confidence without hardening your heart.
We also explore legacy. As a single mother and now the founder of Soul Healer 1777 LLC, Robin invests in tools and platforms that help families break generational curses through emotional literacy, healthy conflict, and financial stewardship. She talks about annual retreats designed to practice courage and community, and her commitment to giving back to women and children in need. Across it all, Robin models leadership that is both firm and kind, showing how clarity and consistency can turn survival into a sturdy, joyful life.

It's All About Healing
Woman-To-Woman: A New Faith Community
A single sentence can turn a breakdown into a breakthrough. After a rough day stacked with work stress, family needs, and an unexpected bill, a tense phone call took an unexpected turn: an apology, a blessing, and a quiet assurance from one woman to another that everything would be okay. That moment of grace didn’t just soothe raw nerves—it sparked a calling to create a space where women can bring their real stories and be met with faith, empathy, and strength.
We introduce the Woman-to-Woman community, a faith-based home for Christian women and women in transition who wrestle with guilt, shame, or the fear that their past disqualifies them from God’s love. We talk about the armor of perfection and why it’s so heavy, the scars hidden under polished smiles, and the courage it takes to speak truth in a world that often prefers silence. You’ll hear how empathy diffuses anger, how prayer reframes pain, and how sisterhood can lift burdens that feel impossible to carry alone. We lay out what’s next: twice-monthly meetups, shared testimonies, practical support, and the upcoming Woman-to-Woman Academy designed to deepen learning and accountability.
If you’ve asked how to move forward, whether God will forgive you, or where to find safe community, this conversation offers a path. We’re building a place to heal, grow, and live with intention—together. Subscribe, join the Woman-to-Woman Facebook group, and send your email to stay updated on events and guest opportunities. Share this with a friend who needs to hear, from one woman to another, that everything’s going to be okay.

Welcome back, listeners. I'm Robin Black, and this is It's All About Healing Podcast. Today I wanted to come to you to let you know that I'm launching a new community. It's going to be called the Woman-to-Woman community. In this community, it's a faith-based community for women, specifically Christian women, but for some women who you're maybe in that transitional stage where you are coming from a very worldly self and you're questioning, will God ever forgive me? You know, how do I move forward? How do I do this? That's what this community is about. And I just want to share with you a quick short story. But as women, right, we go through things. We have 50 million things on our mind on a daily basis. Like there's so many things that we go through. But me, I work in a male-dominated industry. So I was having a really bad day, like just a horrible day. The kids needed things. It was just when the when it rains, it pours, right? It was just so many things on top of another, on top of another. I get home, I check my mail. There's an unexpected bill that that came in. That's gonna almost ruin anybody's day when it's a bill that you're not expecting. But I called the woman and I did, you know, I'm human. I did have an attitude. But what made matters worse is this specific representative. She said, What did she say? She said, if it, ma'am, no need for the attitude because had you just paid your bill in the first place, you wouldn't be in this position. So fuming, right? So I just saw red. I was so upset. And I was just like, you don't know my story. And she put me on hold. And I start, I was just like, Oh dear Heavenly Father, please help me because I know this woman don't deserve this. What am I doing? Like, but I'm about to let her have it because she got me messed up, right? So you start going back and forth with what am I gonna say? Like, I can't believe this. But the moment the woman got came back to the phone, she said, excuse me, ma'am, she said, okay, she said, first, let me first off apologize. And immediately that diffused me, right? She was like, I want to apologize because you're right. I don't know your story, I don't know what you've been through. She said, But what I do know is I know your pain. And from a woman to another woman, I want to let you know that everything's gonna be okay. No matter what it is that you're going through, everything's gonna be okay. And when she said that, tears immediately just started flowing because I needed to hear that. And being able to hear that from another woman, it was so powerful and profound. And I had just got finished praying. So it made me feel like I know that that was God speaking to me through her because that was what I needed. And once he told me that, you know, once she told me that it was okay, like I said, I felt like that was God. I knew I knew God was speaking to me through her. It was just this weight lifted off of me. And it was just, it came to me like, hey, you need to start a community, you have to start a group, a movement, anything. You have to start something that is geared towards women, for women to be there for one another, because that's what it's about. It takes so much courage to be a woman, but it takes even more courage to share our stories as a woman, especially depending on what type of story it is. If you are dealing with abuse or anything, and and people wanting to victimize us, or it's so many things that we battle with as women, and so many scars that we have that we want to hide behind our smiles, right? We want to wear this armor of perfection, but we're not perfect. But yet we try so hard to be perfect on a daily basis sometimes. And it's the reality of it is that we're not. So why not share our stories with one another? Why not be here for one another? And I created that's what I'm doing now, creating that safe place for us to come and be there for each other. So definitely, definitely be sure to like and subscribe. I'll be sending, you know, I'll be sending out my email. I'll put everything in there. My email is it's all about healing17 at gmail.com. But be sure to join the Facebook group for woman-to-woman community. And what's to come is also the woman-to-woman academy. I'll be launching that probably sometime next month. But with the woman-to-woman community, I definitely want to meet at least twice a month, have some type of event where we're meeting, we're talking, we're figuring out how to be there for each other. And I'm I'm very, very, very excited about it. And just sharing our stories and trying to uplift each other and kind of put us on that righteous path, even though we're all sinners. We all have our wrongdoings, our shortcomings. But at the end of the day, it's about trying. We have to try to be better. We have to try to be better for ourselves, for our children, for our families, and most importantly, we have to be better for God. So definitely, again, like and subscribe. Look out for that Facebook community, join that Facebook community, send me your email. Let's get the an email list going so you guys can also always know what events I have, what I'm putting out, when I have open calls for guests to come on my podcast, anything like that. We want to hear your story and we want to be there for one another. So be sure, again, to always look out for that and always remember to stay blessed. Have a good day.
